Wine Education for Any Experience Level
Ready to delve deeper into the fascinating world of wine? If you are looking for a more academic experience to broaden your knowledge, consider taking a wine class or series. We offer a wide variety from introductory level classes for beginners, to advanced classes for more knowledgable wine lovers, and WSET Certification for the wine or hospitality professional.
Want to learn about something specific? We are happy to work with you – what you can imagine we can make happen! Below are examples of the classes we offer. HOW TO TASTE WINE – LEARN THE BASICS
Tasting wine is more than just swirling, sniffing and swilling! In this class you will learn the basic skills of tasting a wine the way experts are trained as part of their Wine and Spirits Education Trust certifications.
Learn methods to describe your experience using a systematic approach to tastings and test your aroma knowledge with our 54 piece Le Nez du Vin aroma kit. This class is a must for anyone who wants to improve their wine tasting skills.

HOW TO DECIPHER WINE LABELS
Have you ever picked up a bottle of wine and had no idea what was inside or how it tastes? Would love to try wines from other countries where they do not label eith the grape variety but you do not know how to choose something you will like?
Let us take the mystery out of shopping for and ordering wine. This class will explore the different ways wines are labeled aroubd the world and help oyou decipher them, and make educated decisions on new wines to try. we will take a look a wine labels from the major regions around the world and give you the knowledge you need to start trying some new-to-you wines.
As you learn more about what is in the bottle, you will have many more positive wine experiences!

WINE 101: EXPLORING THE WORLD OF WINE
Wine can be extremely enjoyable experience, but also daunting and confusing. Let us help take the mystery out of ordering and choosing wines with this class that will make you feel more knowledgeable and confident about different wines. Areas covered in this series are:
- Basic varieties and blends of international wines, their flavor profiles and history.
- How to read labels from around the world.

WINE 102: FROM THE VINE TO WINE
Have you ever wondered how grapes are grown and wine is made?
Learn the basics about vineyards, the vines, and wine production in this series of classes that takes you behind the scenes from the grape to your glass.
- This 3 hour class is primarily informational and includes 4 tastings.
